Mayor of Turt, for many years people are singing about the people and the roots of these parts, in poetry. Get the Flash Player to see this player. Free Dacians Free dacians are still living Their vesper bell is still playing Pure rhythm of our ancestors Under the wave they staid as a rock
There was no wave to break the rock Neither storm to move it The brave head has never taken a bow Before those who wanted it cut
As we were we still remain Brothers of the tree and river As the forest we’re forever Our people shell leave forever
We commend the law of life That in the ancient hearth In peace and serenity They shell spend their life
